The Student will submit a recommended 6-8 page APA report in which the student will be required to identify a construct that resonates with him/her and expand on the concept as it relates to Strategy. For example, the student will select a construct (i.e. Emotional Intelligence – EI). Once you have selected a topic of interest, choose 5 – 10 academic or scholarly article that discusses a subject related to the student’s area of interest.
For instance, if you select EI, an area of interest may be (Is there a relationship between EI and effective strategic implementation?) your assignment is to create a literature review that summarizes the selected articles.
In addition, your review should address the various limitations and delimitations of the articles. Also, research the accuracy of the articles. In doing so, provide commentary as it pertains to aspects that you agree and disagree with. Please be sure that the paper is in proper APA format.

For instance, if you select ethics, an area of interest may be (Is there a relationship between effective strategy and ethical conduct?) your assignment is to create a literature review that summarizes the selected articles. In doing so, you are responsible for blending two of the concepts (based on research topics) into the presentation. The presentation needs to include at least ten peer review articles. Industry journal articles are encouraged, however, there must be a minimum of ten peer review articles in the presentation. The presentation should be about 20 minutes with an overarching goal of sharing with the rest of the class whether effective strategic management fosters a competitive advantage. If possible, tie this into your research.
