Excelsior College Project Management Reflection
Reflecting on your learning is an effective practice that helps you become a better learner. It also helps me see where you might need some additional support. In this activity, your job is to talk about your learning.
For this Initial Reflection, look at some of the main topics in your textbook and consider what you know about project management. Then, review this course’s syllabus and upcoming elements and assignments from Module 1 to Module 8.
As you begin to formalize and operationalize your own project management skills that you likely utilize already, consider how those skills might help you better navigate this course.
(2). After your textbook and syllabus review, compose a brief step-by-step plan of what you think the course looks like as a project for you to manage, utilizing the materials and information you have learned in this module about formal project management.
