You are the Systems Engineers tasked with the next step of building on the initial solution provided by the Johns Hopkins group.

You will need to propose an idea with an approach and concept that will progress further toward a solution to this intractable problem as described. Your proposal must include both a short-term solution that will help clinicians as soon as possible and a feasible plan for a long-term solution. Your proposal will also need to attract the attention of a funding source to enable the efforts of your team.

Your proposal should address all aspects essential to your approach and solution. Please carefully read the instructions in the course syllabus for the case analysis and write up. Note that a report for the upper management of a health care provider or funders should not have too much technical detail.

I need two things, an executive summary and two or three assumptions

here are some instructions about the assumptions

You may have to make additional simplifying assumptions. You must clearly identify any assumptions you introduce and assess their viability.As a general rule. you should try to limit the number of additional assumptions to avoid over-simplifying the problem.However, in some cases, you should be able to infer acceptable assumptions not stated in the case that are common sense (e.g. if a wire is defective because it is too long,it can be reworked; if it is too short, then it needs to be scrapped).

Here are some assumptions by myself, you could take these as a reference and provide something new

Product has ability to monitor various health statuses
