Identify Mistakes Within Medical Institutions
Health Administration
Introduction
Healthcare administration is incorporated to ensure that the institution has been managed. Health administration strives to identify mistakes within medical institutions and eradicate them (Comito et al., 2020). Healthcare administration presides over selecting some of the best leaders who would govern the institution and lead it to the anticipated success. Hospital administration should be observant of the emerging trends and ensure that they have improved the institution’s state. Evolving leadership opportunities, comparing federal and state law and importance of patient privacy are the three trends that will be discussed.
Evolving Leadership Opportunities
The trend discusses how leadership opportunities can be used in healthcare administration and incorporate real change. It means that the hospital management should be on the lookout for opportunities that might have positive impacts. First, leadership opportunities should improve individuals (Islam & Rahaman, 2020). That is an excellent strategy because it will help in strengthening relations between the leaders and the staff members. Leadership opportunities are significant in the health industry because they improve communication skills. Finally, leadership ensures that the organization has been managed and led according to the set objectives. The health industry could have failed without leadership since it lacks proper direction.
Comparing Federal and State laws
The trend should be incorporated in the health industry because it reminds the health administration of the significance of federal and state laws (Kaur, 2021). Every state has laws that should be followed to ensure that the medical institution abides by the policies. Therefore, the trend is significant, and the management examines some of the challenges encountered when the federal and state laws have been broken (Vogernberg, 2019). The essential factor is ensuring that the institutional objectives align with the federal and state laws.
Importance of patient privacy
The trend is significant to the health industry because it is part of the federal and state law objectives. Patient information is the most targeted aspect to compromise an organization’s competence (Moteki, 2022). Ensuring patient privacy is essential because it helps bring confidence and loyalty between the medical institution and the clients (Lockwood, 2017). They will build trust because the information is secured. A medical institution without patient privacy loses clientele because few people are willing to entrust their medical records under such circumstances.
Conclusion
Various trends will be happening in the health industry sector. Any medical institution should be ready to dive into the trends and select positive reinforcement within the company. Therefore, the medical institution should adopt relevant trends and avoid circumstances that contradict the goals and objectives.
