Nevertheless, based on these benefits, continual lifelong learning, and scholarly engagement journey, I am able to learn the skills, processes, and gained experiences that are required to create a piece worth publishing and presenting. I am equipped with resources, tools, and knowledge, where in the future I would like to utilize to develop a substantial work that will be disseminated to educate and promote information that is beneficial for public health and wellness.
