Design the structure of your map – include an explanation of why you designed it as you did (explain both vertical and horizontal structures). Be sure to include gains and pains in your map.
Create the current state customer journey map for your selected learner experience
Given this analysis – esp. pains and gain – how will this influence the ideation work in what needs to be addressed?
Future state learner journey map (We will cover this in Module 4) – remember, this is not the improved “current state map” and instead a new way to achieve the goal.
