Hey guys I really need help with this assignment! This is for my organizational behavior class.

For this assignment, use the 16 Personalities test (https://www.16personalities.com/ (Links to an external site.)), the Emotional Intelligence survey (rated by both you and another person who is likely to give truthful feedback) and other major individual differences- the Big Five for which you received a class handout and possibly learning orientation, feedback seeking (out of the book) to describe some of your major personality traits (part I-about a page to a page and a half at most), then go into strengths and weaknesses (part II- no more 1/2 to 1 page) and conclude with a self-development plan (1/2 to 1 page).

Total should be approximately 3 to 3.5 pages not including appendices/tables. The assignment will be judged based on (1) overall quality and detail orientation, (2) integration of theory and practice and (3) quality of writing, (4) ability to demonstrate self-awareness and clear self-development plans.

Provide information on the ratings as tables in an appendix to the paper- that is additional information but not in the 3.5 pages, which is the limit for the text of the paper. Appendices should be no more than 2 pages and should provide a good visual representation of your ratings to help understand what you are discussing.
