Qrfegubz93You are an employee of a web design company and have been asked by your employer to create an unsolicited sales letter to attract business to a company that has either no website or an underdeveloped website. You need to identify a company on the internet that could use a website or an upgrade of services for an existing website. Your assignment is to write that company an unsolicited sales proposal letter to offer them an opportunity to get a website or an upgrade by your web design company. You need to include the following sections in your letter:
1) Introduction – begin with an attention-getting sentence that highlights audience benefits
2) What We Do – discuss what your company does in terms of products and services, who they have served in the past and what is the track record of success (maybe include customer testimonials).
3) Benefits to The Company – Discuss how you can assist their company in meeting their needs for web design and what the return on investment (ROI) will be for using your products and services
4) Next Steps – Discuss your “call to action” or next steps. Include how they should contact your or your plans to contact them for a follow-up discussion.
